The interior and exterior renovation of a listed historic building. This Modern design styled building was built in 1933 and was originally planned  by Eng. Zvi Sapojnikov. It is rich with elements and details that are characteristic of the Modern design style in architecture. The most prominent of which is the vertical glass window along the stairwell, also known as the "thermometer window". the building includes six residential units. Construction was completed in 2018.
